I think I may get a good bit of reading done tonight.

Low Moor Railway Station will open next year. It will be a one-mile walk from there to the mighty Odsal Stadium.

Wolers, any plans for a real ale pub on the station, or nearby to attract the users of the Caldervale line including rugby supporters?

Two real ale pubs right opposite the station: The George and the Black Horse.

One real ale pub right opposite the ground: The Top House

One halfway to the ground, but it doesn't sell real ale ... the Chapel House

One next to the ground, but it doesn't sell real ale ... the Cue Gardens

Should be enough for the thirsty wanderer, provided the quality is good.

This sheep was found yesterday on the outskirts of Canberra and yielded 40.45kg of wool. The previous world record was a NZ sheep found wild in the bush named Shrek, which yielded 27kg.

Shrek even made it into the news in the UK.

I used to get about 4kg from each of my sheep and about 1-2kg from an Angora goat. 40kg, even 27, is a lot, maybe 7 years worth or more.

Bet the whiff from a 40kg fleece would make a glass eye close.

My car passed its MOT today.  No advisories.

Arguing with the forum trolls is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good you are, the bird will **** on the board and strut around like it won anyway

Are you still driving an Audi, Craig? And did you sort out the problem you had a year or two ago?

I strongly believe the road maintenance crews on British roads are unqualified, inept and responsible for untold woe and whoever signs off on their work needs to be fired and prosecuted. It is a race to the bottom for these salary robbers.
