i went to pick up my season ticket yesterday, and i would just like to give a mention to mr preston. he didn't have to clear the snow from my car to the office door, he didn't have to make me a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich, he didn't have to show a rovers dvd while i was waiting for my season ticket.
so he didn't.
so he didn't.

Kevin at least greets you with a smile and a hearty 'hello, how can I help', some think they are God's gift and are snidely with it.
If you try to be pleasant they think you are soft and start to take the p/ss. Nobody's perfect but at least he tries.
