Not great but the plus side is we might know exactly what we need to do to qualify as this will be played after all the other games (weather permitting)

Precisely, if we win on Wednesday we might already be through, or just a bonus point away, by the time Monday comes around. This will give us a chance to give some of the younger players a run alongside some of our imports who need game time. Also, it gives us an extra day's rest from the Wednesday game.

Looking at the pictures of the proposed "new" home ground of Oldham RLFC on their forum page makes me almost glad we're playing them at Sedgley Park, even if it is on a Monday night. I've been to NCL grounds that aren't much more basic. I hope they make a go of it, but it makes you wonder how basic a ground the RFL are willing to allow in. What happened to Framing the Future?

and as an extra if you go to watch Barrow Raiders v Keighley on Sunday ............. you will end up in Hull (KR) for the game, which of course could cause a problem with Huddersfield playing there at the same time!

For a momment I thought you were saying it was on sky TV - but have you ever known them to get it right? Look at the team sheets they had for us last year - at least two years old
