Scholarship Dinner March 12th

Featherstone Rovers are holding a Scholarship Dinner in The Atrium on
Friday 12 March with a 7:30pm start.

Tickets are available priced 20 each.

MC Pete Emmett and
Guest Speaker Sky Pundit and former GB Forward Terry O'Connor.

The evening with involve a Sports Auction and raffles.

Its a night not to be missed and the club would like help from The Supporters, to support the function to help raise much needed funds which will go towards the Rovers Scholarship Scheme.

For Tickets either visit/contact the Rovers office or contact Rovers Scholarship Manager Robin Sharp on 07812 386860.

The Scholarship ( Under 15s and 16s ) this year will be playing matches against other professional outfits, mainly Super League teams ( Includes Hull, Hull KR, Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford, Huddersfield ), starting on the 10 April through to the End of June with games played on Saturdays.

Further details on the matches will be announced shortly.

This dinner should be a cracking night and at just 20 it is excellent value for money.

Terry is a great speaker and also one of the most genuine down to earth blokes you could meet.

He has some great stories from his career and also you will get the chance to ask any questions and have a chat with him.

There will be plenty of fun and games on the night and hopefully this event will raise funds for the Scholars - the future players of Featherstone Rovers!

Robin Sharp has helped organise this event and it would be fantastic for him and his colleagues if they got a good turnout on the night!
