1. saxton - has turned ont he class this season

2. Finn - awesome kicking game has been missing from rovers in previous seasons

3. Kain - deadly near the line 3 tries in one half

I think Hardman has seemed a little off, or rather less clinical the last few matches, and Steel should have got in for a few more runs like tommy, but overall faultless display, if a little sloppy in the second half but brilliant! well done lads!

UP THE ROVERS!

Saxton - just couldn't hold him

Tonks - laid the platform of a very solid performance from the pack that gaffered the Dews forrads.

Kain - pace off the bench - a cracking call from the coach

The weak conform, the strong survive.

Tommy S. Incredible strength for a player of this size,
Kainy, a very good impact player.
Divorty. Got through a lot of work.

Wondered what the jestures were from JJP, and I think there is more to come from this man, but I think DP has got it spot on with introducing him into the squad. He came up with some handling errors that DP will sort before long.

1.......TOMMY SAXTON
2.......LIAM FINN
3.......ANDY KAIN
And the reason its three backs is because the forwards were awesome as a team.

All the forwards. Drove the ball in well and set the yardage up for the halfbacks to come into the play. Tommy S, his usual 100% effort and Finns clever short kicks through really put the Rams under pressure. a good 100% team effort with everyone slotting into their notches.

Saxton - always seems to wriggle away from tackles and big guys, dont know how he does it!!

Kain - Thought he would be unhappy been on benhc, but proving to be a supersub!!

Welham - defensively he was solid today

1. Tommy Saxton - Tremendous display. Not only gave the props a break with great yardage but made two lung busting try saving chase back tackles. Best all round wing display I've seen in a long time.

2. Liam Finn - He is at the centre of much of what we do and the best yet to come. Good kicking game

3. Andy Kain - Three superbly taken tries.

Apologies to the rest of the players but a terrific team display

See you all on Saturday.
