Won 28-26.
A bit of a squeker against a big strong Widnes team who finished the game really strong just missing a conversion in the last minute which would have levelled the scores.
Just a grand way of spending an evening - watching a game of rugby and discussing the rudiments of the criminal justice system!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif

no. No regulars. Zak played, as did young dobek, but none of the regular squad.

A good win against a big physical Widnes team. The boys look to be full of confidence and no wonder when you think that at the start of the season they had first teamers squad members running out with them and now they are on their own and still winning games against top sides.
Pity the ref didn't play advantage for 2 seconds when we were in the process of scoring near the posts otherwise we could have won more convincingly

a couple of decent showings last night. Young david (?) nurse, shortest lad on the pitch and plays prop! This last made an impact when he came on and punches way way above his weight.
Then our no12. Can't remember his name. Looks a strong and athletic sort who with some good coaching will eventually make a step up! Good lad.
All in all, another very enjoyable evening, good laugh, good company!
For those of you who haven't - give it a try. The best 3 you'll spend all week.

Very tough game against a big physical Widnes side. At half time i thought we would lose. But even playing uphill in the second half we were the better side and thoroughly deserved the win. As robin says some excellent performances. Zak makes things look very easy. And the No 12 Adam Curtis is a very good prospect. Always making himself available for the ball, he's a strong runner and has good defense. One for the future i think. As Robin says the U21s is the best 3 you will spend all week.

Didn't his brother play, GERRUMON?
