Hull are in a false position in the league table imo. Not been playing well and have pinched one or two games of late. Bulls by a dozen.

With Halloween coming up I decided to go to my local fancy dress shop to see if I could get a Dracula costume. After a few minutes the assistant handed me a Hull KR shirt asking "Is this suitable?", I replied "I think you may have misheard me, I said I wanted to look like a count."

That's very realistic for you, Mr. Optimism!

Ahh what's the point?!

Hull FC win.

It's a bit odd where neither set of fans are predicting a win for their team!

Leave me out of this!

Bradfor are absolute gash have no doubt about that

Hull by 20

Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try

Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

Hull by 2. A dubious refereeing decision giving us possession in the last minute resulting in a try.

....with the resulting tirade of expletives ending a very brief commentating career....

Massive game for us on Sunday at Odsal as we take on one of the form teams of Super League Hull FC who will have around 1500/2000 supporters at Odsal, meaning this will be the last big crowd of the season.

So it's vital that everyone turns up and makes themselves heard be it on the Popular side or the Tetley's stand.

The loss of Sean Long for the black & whites could have huge implications on there season (the signing of Long was always a huge gamble) as when he was missing earlier in the season Hull FC really struggled to create any real attacking flare (to which I was a witness seeing both the Hull FC 24-48 Leeds and Hull FC 12-8 Wakefield games).

The parallels between both clubs is somewhat striking with both having problems of no recognised backup halfback to take over the mantle (see Matt Orford).

Fitzgibbon and Mark O'Meley may also be missing.

So that brings me on to the Bulls and I can't really say much which is a shame, but Im feeling low after the events of yesterday.

I know I've posted this on another thread but it's vital to the season that we urgently need to be recapturing our early season defence and quick because with eight games to go it's everything to play for.

Another season of missing out on the play-offs will wipe hundreds off next seasons, season pass holders.

On that note I think Hull FC will win but we'll make them work for it.

With another player down Bradford are doing it tough at the moment, Hull were very good at the pharm a few weeks ago for half a game and then ran out of steam, I have a feeling the Bulls can nick this one.

Lately, Bulls have been doing some good stuff closely followed, in equal measure, by things which just aren't the right standard. We seem to be able to both defend pretty well and able to score some classy tries, but never in the same match and not for very long.

Defence has been the poor area in the last few games. If this has been addressed then who knows? I've been impressed with the young players brought in (they're definitely not to blame) but they are obviously very inexperienced, of course FC aren't the most consistent side either, so it could go either way, I guess.

Can I just point out that the call isn't dubious, it's down right wrong, bordering on cheating.

Ian Smith is in charge on Sunday so there won't be any cheating.

This is the game of which club has the most players out injured.

Bradford: Scruton, Donaldson, Sculthorpe, Crookes, Orford, Reardon & Wardle.

Hull FC: Calderwood, Horne, Long, O'Meley, Moa, Fitzgibbon.

No doubt about it Hull are looking a tad bare in the forward department and from what I was told last night by the bloke who does the KCFM coverage, Hull will struggle in the halfs as that's where the problem lies eg: lack of creativity etc . . . .

I still fancy Hull, the past six weeks I've seen us ship in more tries then the BP leak has leaked barrels of oil.

Head Coach Steve McNamara has named his 19 man squad for Sunday's game at the Grattan Stadium against Hull FC. The only change from last week sees Stuart Reardon return to the squad for the injured Joe Wardle.

The squad is:

Addy, Halley, L'Estrange, Hall, Lynch, Sheriffe, Crossley, Southernwood, Kopczak, Sykes, Menzies, Reardon, Godwin, Nero, Kearney, Whitehead, Worrincy, Langley, Platt.

Berrigan, Briscoe, Burnett, Calderwood, Cusack, Dowes, Fitzgibbon, Hall, Houghton, Kent, Lauaki, Manu, Radford, Tansey, Tickle, Turner, Washbrook, Whiting, Yeaman

Hmm, I'm a little more optimistic. If only Super League games were played on paper...

Well I'm not going to buck the trend.

Bradford's losing streak will come to an end sometime. Today looks like a good opportunity for them.

On that optimistic note I'm off to get the train. I'll no doubt see one or two of you there.

looked like a 0-0 draw until a loose pass to Tom Briscoe was made into summat good by him. 0-6 to Hull. Hull lose ball from kick off, Nero scores. 6.6.
