But how was the referee to blame for it?

Superb tackle!! They should have scored though it was a simple 3 on 2 and they got excited.

Yes, absolutely terrific. A real, desperate "ball and all" job.
I'd pay a lot to see Briscoe doing that to an Aussie, with seconds left on the clock, with England leading in the Four Nations final.
Please make it happen!

Footage of it should be shown to any youngster taking up the game.
It was pure poetry.

I might be willing to let go of a needless toe or one of my little fingers. I'd rather keep my arms though.

Steady on.
Actually, scratch that.
Come on Briscoe, make us all happy!

Never mind Hull KR fans, the most gutted person right now is Kevin Keegan. He was very nearly overtaken in the 'most stupid comment that comes back to bite you on the ######,' stakes.
At least with Phil Clarke there is hope for him yet.

It's a good 'un - action-packed. A few too many errors, but cracking entertainment.
Let's hope Wigan-Wire tomorrow is a cracker as well.

I disagree, it was a good tackle but it was awful play by Fox who had a cracking game up until that point. Why carry the ball in your left hand when you are on the right wing and need your left to fend the defenders off.
