It doesn't actually mention the place but wasn't 'Homeward Bound' allegedly written at Widnes train station?

I think there's a plaque there to confirm this as true.
A little known fact is that another well known song was written there, which was later recorded by the Rolling Stones.
'We gotta get out of this place,

It should certainly be a little known fact because it was actually recorded by the Animals.
On 13/2/2013, Hull City's owners the Allams, released a statement in their position as the owners of the KC Stadium Management Committee. One line in this statement read as follows....
