Has anyone signed up for this? They are saying 16 games a month which is good value.
The downside is the NRL season will soon be over and there is a one off set up charge of £5 I think.
there is only a 30 day notice required to unsubscribe, so I guess it makes sense to knock it on the head for the winter
I suspect however, that a lot of people will be thinking that we pay enough in subscriptions ( My Misses certainly does).
I'm tempted anyone else?

Will think about it for next year but don't see much point for this year.

Agree. Not that long left now, as good as it is.

It's 20 games a month, five a week after they have given us the Monday night live game and for next season we'll have the footy show and possible pre-season games.

I've been watching the matches on Premier all season, so I've signed up. The annoying thing is though, the most important match of the season, the Grand Final, won't even be on there. Sky are showing it.
Anyway it'll only be on for 2 months. Come October when the NRL and GAA have finished, they'll have nowt left to show anyway!

I'd get it if it was on Virgin
It's a rolling 1 month contract, as they realise that NRL/GAA fans would likely only want the channel for their respective sports so have made it easy for people to cancel during the off season

I'd get it if it filled the Rugby void over the Winter months, but 6.99 on top of my existing Sky subs becomes hard to justify.

Strange, that goes against comments made by one of the guys behind it recently

It's worth it just for the commentary alone. Light years ahead of Eddie and Stevo.

It will still be on Sky - IIRC it's part of the same deal that NRL signed with MSK - that Sky get State Of Origin, Round by Round Highlights and the Grand Final for the length of the contract that MSK has everything else
