This has come out of the blue somewhat, I had heard he was Huddersfield bound. Scored a long distance try against us at the Stoop the other week.

How come he's not thirty odd?...

Excellent signing that if it comes off. Does it mean Meli is now off the agenda and Calderwood is not being retained.

It would seem so Pete, and as we know, the Dull Daily Wail are never far from the truth...

All we need now is a world class center to complete what on paper looks a very good back four.

Does he have to be American?:P

never really thought too much of will sharp to be honest.. hopefully the move improves him, maybe Hull will now move Briscoe into the centres..

Also Louis McCarthy Scarsbrook is strongly rumoured to be heading to Hull FC. Things are looking a bit dodgy down London way.

London Harlequins are looking very shaky. Thats Orr, Sharp and possibly LMS gone their 3 best non imports.

Thought Louie was going to St Helens? Now he would be a good signing for any club. Plenty of potential and plenty of spirit about him as well. Really thought he'd want to stay in London, but maybe he and Mr Sharp know something we don't.

Lets bring some positivity to this thread.

At least Clubby has signed up and we know Mac is leaving at the end of next season.

Thats assuming we still have a club by then.

Well I tried to be positive ;)

Oh and of course Good luck to Sharpey hope he goes well.

The rumour is that FC are leading the race to sign him now as they are offering him more money.

i rate him highly after playing with him and seeing him develop at quins.. i think personally he has been let down a few times by what has happened inside him and that tries that they have put down to him have not necessarily been his fault but that he got the sh*tty end fo the stick.. he scores some great tries and with a good centre inside him i think he will score more and do well.. good signing IMO very solid suer league player who could develop well in the future.. and still relativly young

I think there's a very good player somewhere in there. To be fair to him most players would struggle playing out on the wing for Quins.

Good luck to Will he has never given less than 100% in a Quins Shirt.

But it does not sound likle the club pulled out the stops to retain one of our better players.

Hull FC Chief Executive James Rule added, "I would like to thank Harlequins for allowing us to speak to Will and complete this deal so soon."

Brace yourselves for yet more departures from The Stoop....

Funny how Parky isn't doing his "Hull clubs will need to merge to compete with Harlequins because London juniors are so good" routine.

Nice to see you doing your usual one line sniping.

23 words, starts with a capital letter and ends in a full stop.

What I find funny is the idea you have any ideas or analysis or thoughts or debating points of your own.

Because all we see from you is snipe snipe snipe :D

Most flatcap keyboard warriors end up having a real go, but you seem to have a knack of having a snipe and drawing back, thus not blowing your credibility.

It really is time that if you actually want to come on here to debate Rugby League, you should originate some thoughts, ideas, observations and opinions of your own.

Your one liner is actually meaner than usual, and although there is little material to go at it seems you are supportive of the M62 status quo and dismissive of the idea that London can produce a lot of quality RL players in time...............

 hmmmm :O I have the answer!!!

Your a fervent traditionalist :D

maybe they feel with Callaghan they wont miss him too much.. does kind of look bad though, if LMS goes aswell..

Just need to sort out Jamie O`Callaghans defence though. We seem to concede

quite a few tries on his wing. He is often targeted. Not that we give a defensive

master class elsewhere on the pitch. ;):P

As regards Louis I would be disappointed to see him go but would say its probably

the right thing for him to do. Perhaps then he will make the next step up.
