Bad luck for Peacock, he deserves to play at Wembley but goes to show how unlucky some top class players are in never making it to the hallowed turf.
Also a bit of a blow for England. I know we have great depth in the pack but Peacock has always shone at Test level and would have been skipper too.

not great at all for england, however, on the plus side if buliding for the world cup then perhaps we should be looking at the youth instead of peacock and morely anyway.. (debatable) so gives mcnamanamrnamaner a chance to try youth instead....
of course in reality i fully expect a call up for.................................................. mark o'meley who must qualify for england in some way, surely..

###### indeed - one of the stars of SUperleague for a long time and one of the nicest honest genuine fellas.
Killer for him to miss Wembley, I was looking forward to seeing him go up against Morley (and beating him)
I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try
Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen
The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

My youngest son trains at the rhinos on a Saturday morning,JP always takes time out to have a laugh and a joke with all the kids down there, a truly great man.

All these years he has put his body on the line for club and country, years of fitness training in the off season to keep in peak condition and he now misses a cup final.
life is cruel, very cruel, good luck with recovery JP.

Nah, O'Meley must have some Irish blood in him with that name so what we do is we let him play for Ireland in the first round of the EC and then get him to pledge his future to England. Simples.

I now make Warrington slight favourites, Leeds cant afford for anymore forwards getting injured this Fri against Catalans. Leeds will have to depend on alot of game time from both Lauitti and Eastwood who haven't played many minutes between them, Bailey pretends to be tough behind Peacock.
Ablett, Kirk, Leulei & Sinny step up for the game of your lifes.........

Wouldn't surprise me, given the kind of physical trauma Jamie's played through in the past.
Grouped around the TV sets
They ran down every lead
They repeated every test
They checked out all the data on their lists
And then the alien anthropologists
Admitted they were still perplexed
But on eliminating every other reason
For our sad demise
They logged the only explanation left
This species has amused itself to death
No tears to cry no feelings left
This species has amused itself to death

He did it earlier in the season, we saw him on the Saturday morning with his leg in a protective cast, only for him to be playing that afternoon, against Wigan in the cup I think.

Leed's other players will have to step up but they did that earlier in the season against us so it's still game on for the final.

He's probably not had a decent rest / pre-season in 10+ years.
