You could tell who Shenton has signed for next year

A lot of Yorkshiremen believe that when God created the world, he made it with perfect balance.

He balanced the hot areas with the cold areas. the dry areas with the wet areas.

And, in creating Yorkshire, he created the most glorious place on earth - full of majestic beauty and sporting giants.........and for balance he created....... Lancashire.

Script couldn't have been written any better for Cunningham - what a finish

Feel for Cas mates, but it was always a tough ask

Gutted - absolutely gutted but also very proud of the lads - listenong to the commentary you would have thought there was only one team there today - I hope they had enough kleenex when Kieron scored.

Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try

Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

We've saved you a seat in the loser's lounge Carl. It's gonna be a long drinking session. :(

The TRL nonsense aside, 'ard lines Cas fans.

Feel for the Cas lads after that comeback, but pleased as a saint that it ended the way it did, Keiron now believes in fairy tales :D Two exciting games today, hope those due next week can keep it up. As for Warrington, they must be gutted to lose 2nd spot in the last minute of the season. Still all to play for for both teams, just hoping the jinx is still active regarding my team

Never in doubt ;)

My god what a night. Got some great pics of the old girl.

What a fitting end. Emotional for all inc the players. You couldnt write the ending, absolutely brilliant & tbh although we should have wrapped it up thats typical of Saints but I honestly didnt think we had it in us anymore to do last gasp stuff but clearly we do.

I have sobbed for the last 90 mins since KC scored that was me gone & the send off he had was very fitting

KEIRON CUNNINGHAM.......LONG LIVE THE KING

Definately acheivable. What are the odds on KC scoring the decisive points?! ;)

:O

Invisible edit alert!!!!

With Halloween coming up I decided to go to my local fancy dress shop to see if I could get a Dracula costume. After a few minutes the assistant handed me a Hull KR shirt asking "Is this suitable?", I replied "I think you may have misheard me, I said I wanted to look like a count."

Well as a game it was a weird one, I think the occasion was nicely done by the club. I can understand that the Cas fans may have felt a bit put out that there was so much emphasis on the Saints last night, but it had to be that game. We could have waited for the playoff games but the plans would have had to change week to week, and I think all of that would have been too much of a distraction in the playoffs. We've had a chance to say goodbye to the ground and Cunningham. Now the players can concentrate on the import stuff of the playoffs.

Apart from the last 10 minutes for me it looked like a game where both teams had, had a week off and were not up to the speed of SL. The last 10 minutes were intense both in tackling and attacking play. If the whole game had been that intense the it would have been a wow of a game.

I think Cunningham put it right at the end that Saints just couldn't get it right last night but we can put that down to the side show and now it's time to prepare for the playoffs and to keep that monkey clinging on to Warringtons back for a few more weeks.

Won't be able to make the playoff game on Friday, so good luck to the Lads, it's gonna be a tough game. I'll be texting for updates from my mates.

It's all about da bass

We have played in fits and starts all season. Well done Cas for a magnificant effort. Not too sure how it looks for Carl but clearly he was a passenger once more?

Carl who?

I was beginning to think you watched the game in a taxi or summat.

Brilliantly entertaining game and well referee'd by Ben Thaler who has been head and shoulders the best whistler this season - which should ensure that he doesn't get anywhere near any of the big play-off games and definitely nowhere near any of those involving Wigan.

I'm sure this statement stays the same but the names change every week! ;)
