Salford going on a signing spress just got me thinking about player contracts and how they may be structured. In the past there have been relegation clauses in contracts etc.
Will clubs like Quins, Cas, Salford, Wakefield etc. be putting Franchise clauses in player contracts? There is no way any club losing their licence will be able to pay full-time wages.

I think Cas had clauses in their players contracts the last time they were relegated.
Leeds Rhinos,STILL the only Grand Final winning club NOT to have cheated the salary cap.WCC Champions 2012.
