He was a lousy coach at Catalans but should be okay as an assistant.
But he will never be a good coach because he has a personality problem -- he cannot exercise discipline over the players at training. So they have little respect for him.
Don't imagine he will ever be a good coach because he will never be able to change his personality.
His wrecking of the talent assembled at Les Catalans in 2009-2010 should never be forgotten.
