Rugby: Saints and a big soft spot for Quins
Football: Derby and a big soft spot for Barnet
Cycling: Cav, but I'm not religious about it; love to see a good battle
F1: Much as above, it depends on who's driving well as to who I'd like to see win. It's *not* Alonso and Ferrari though smile.gif
Union: none. I don't find it entertaining to watch and the baggage around it (i.e. media) makes me feel the same as the "big clubs" premier league coverage.
Cricket: England, don't really follow the county championship

Are there many other sports? I tend to watch most sports for enjoyment rather than cheering on a team.

"Journalists are meant to be neutral, for God's sake." - Stephen 'Wiggy' Jones

"Perhaps it would be better that future criticism of sports be made on the narrow basis of what is being discussed, without reference to other sports, unless those sports offer a solution to the problem in hand." - Brian 'Pigface' Moore

"What happens in rugby union? A player takes the ball, moves forward a little and gets tackled. A whole load of players then roll about on the ground. Pheep! The referee gives a penalty." - Simon Barnes
