NINE Australian athletes - It is believed NRL and AFL players may have also been among those who tested positive in what could become Australia's biggest doping scandal.

Hopefully ASADA & the media will not drag this out into a long running saga.
Those who tested positive need to be named ASAP,so those who didn't can get on with their lives.

ALL sportspeople who test positive for drugs should get a life ban from ALL sports for life, and that includes administration and coaching. the sportspeople found guilty of drug taking do need to be made a example of.

This one will be an interesting case study,as it now appears that the 'supplements' proscribed by clubs / trainers as part of an athletes diet regime may not list every chemical in them ? And the onus is on the athlete should they test positive to traces of a banned substance.

Still waiting to hear of top level names in the frame.

Why make announcement without following it up with action.

If they weren't ready to act they should have waited until they were.

Not sure about a ban but there's something strange here that Jake Friend had Valium tablets prescribed for an old lady in his possession on a night out.

Please explain. Surely you are NOT suggesting that drug testing should be banned and that it is OK to take drugs?
