JUST been told your own Dave Clark ,will be the New Blackpool coach when the dust settles, .

Send in the Clowns they know what they are talking about.we may dress funny but we talk sense.Ive yet to see a funny Auss comedian,plenty of clowns though.

Just been told by one of Norman Barrett's budgies that it's Cairoli, not Caroli.

Get your clown facts right or the budgies will be round. I'm told they can administer quite a severe peck.

i go for dennis betts. i think if he came to barrow the revival of the accademy and connection with the local clubs could be resolved .he is an ex international top drawer ex player who will have experience from the coaches he played under but also young enough to bring in new methods and fresh ideas.

I heard Dennis Betts, he's been out of work since he left Gloucester RU hasn't he.
With his new contacts we could bring back the golden years with RU playes like Ball and Tickle!!!

Betts would be an amazing appointment. However, just about every out of work coach has been 'rumoured' to be in for the job so I won't believe anything until there's an official announcement.

Might be handicapped by the amount of time out of RL. When Neil Kelly joined Leigh, from Irish RU, he appeared somewhat out of touch with RL.

It would indicate to me, from the website story, that someone has come into the ring late for the job, there seems no other real reason to delay an announcement.

After shortlisting you have the interviews, then a few hours at BOD level making the decision, simples!!!

Not if one of those up for the job is in Australia as part of the BBC commentary team
