I'm the 'half-wit' who switched it here. I'm also the Site Admin.

You've made six posts on the forum so far. Tread carefully if you want to make it past seven. angry.gif

Sorry to put it so bluntly John, but whilst possibly not 'half witted', it seems really inappropriate to try to shove it out of the way over here.

Coming this way.
Astute analysis from a Wigan fan:

Rumour going around Headingley that Wire will have to play the second half with 12 men.

It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.

Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

Decent player who could star over here. You have to wonder if he knows what he's letting himself in for with the SL fans though. He'll get dog's abuse.

Good! At least we have got that out of the way. Monaghan has now, totally predictably, announced his intention to further his career in the "English" Super League. Perhaps you can now understand why the topic is, and always has been, relevant to European Rugby League. Do we want people who have been rejected by the NRL because of their disgusting personal behaviour to be allowed to play in our league? This morning's Sydney Morning Herald says that "Chances are he will be back after his stint in Super League purgatory" Are you content for Super League to be treated as a kind of Foreign Legion for disgraced Australians? These are questions which ought to be discussed by Rugby league fans in Europe.

Threatening people who disagree with the way you administer this site is not a reasoned response.

Wasnt relevant at the time the story broke

Dumbass ozzie gets blown by a dog in Oz

WTF has that gotta do with the main forum

A lot of Yorkshiremen believe that when God created the world, he made it with perfect balance.
He balanced the hot areas with the cold areas. the dry areas with the wet areas.
And, in creating Yorkshire, he created the most glorious place on earth - full of majestic beauty and sporting giants.........and for balance he created....... Lancashire.

He didn't take issue with you disagreeing. He took issue with your pointless insulting tone.

Perhaps the difference is too subtle for you.
So he says - "You're not a real fishmonger, you've just done a plop in the wrong lavatory..."

It was obvious from the moment the story broke that Monaghan would attempt to move to Super League if Canberra or the NRL fired him. That is the relevance to the main forum. The interesting comparison arises because he has not broken the law in Australia. Having sex with animals is legal in the ACT. If he did it in England he would certainly be prosecuted.
