I would pick the following line up:
1. James Haynes
2. Tom Lineham
3. Ian Bell
4. Ryan Esders
5. Tom Bush
6. John Presley
7. Chris Thorman
8. Nathan Freer
9. Jack Lee
10. Alex Benson
11. Steve Lewis
12. Matt Garside
13. Lee Waterman
14. Jack Stearman
15. Scott Woods (half back or hooker utility value)
16. Mark Barlow
17. Brett Waller
18. R. Clarke

First thoughts on that team:
Tuffour on wing, Esders in pack, Barlow in centre,
definately Stampy as back up for Jack Lee.

To Lineham injured until summer, so Dennis the menace for me. Also may swap Esders and Waterman around. Also Scott Woods still not there for me yet, so would prefer Stampy.

Bit harsh on Scott. He has a full pre-season to prove himself and he cannot possibly be judged on one home game, where,as I recall no YCK player covered himself in glory, and 5 minutes in South Wales before being virtually decapitated.I am sure other players have had an off-day and some will in 2011.
( I still think that performance in South Wales was when the players announced they wanted to be promoted.)

I agree with you knightsruleok, Woods is not yet good enough to make the 17.

Reckon you'll find that Struff will be in the first choice 17 if his form for Bulls Acad last season is anything to go by.

Agree with what's been said about Scott Woods, nowhere near first team, didn't even look a decent amateur playing in the pro league. Sorry Two Blues, but he should be in the reserves all season at least, let him be judged there, where he can play more freely and learn his game a bit more.
