Has anyone suffered the unpleasant experience of this new 'comedy'? Its utter, utter dross, and the worst thing I've ever seen on the 4 network. I've watched from the first episode in the hope that it might improve and provoke a slight chuckle, but its actually got progressively worse. OR am I missing something, and is this sitcom actually hilarious TV? Opinions please.....

I watched the last couple of episodes last night and enjoyed the series although I'm not holding my breath for a second one. I've been keeping an eye on this thread since it was posted and it seems to reflect what I'm told when I ask people if they've seen- they either haven't or think it's rubbish. Same experience with 'Pete Versus Life' that was on channel 4 recently. I can't be that discerning.

The humour's pretty daft and I suppose it pokes fun at the idiots you get in suburban London and umm... phone shops.

You see, that makes me laugh and I've enjoyed the bits I've caught of the series.

It does seem to fundamentally have only one joke which they then repeat and repeat and repeat.

i tried the first episode last night. got to the bit where the manager held 'the tie' in front of the new recruit, at that point it was either switch off or self harm.

i'm currently watching 'good guys', yank cop comedy/drama type thing, it's rather splendid!

That's how I am now feeling about 'The Increasingly Poor Decisions Of Todd Margaret'
