Good final between Barrow Select and Holty's heroes, Marsh, but wasn't it cold. I've only just thawed out. Roll on the summer for some warmth at CP.

The ground does look strange with no cover on Duke Street end.

Good day yesterday, I thought the turn out was pretty poor, was great to be back down the club and see some faces. I think the duke street end will be a big hit in the summer.

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Very well organised day Gary. Great turn out, but let down by Warrington. I'd of thought a few more woulda turned out for a great cause.

A good turnout, well organised and well worth the effort. Well done to yourself Gary and all others (including the 100-odd players) who put plenty of their own time into the event.

397 is a better crowd than 3 or 4 Pro clubs get for their first team fixtures !
