As seen as all we seem to do is put fixtures and results up on here I thought it would be interesting to see how people rank the 1st teams this year...??!
I'd go for:
Millom
Barrow Island
Roose
Walney
Ulverston
Dalton
Askam
Hindpool
To be fair, i think that apart from the top and bottom it is pretty close

Interesting how you come to this. Did we not beat you and from what i remember it was pretty comfortable aswell. If you look at league tables at the moment I think you would see yourselves are bottom of the pile. Think you may still be drunk after beating Barrow Island. You really take to much notice of your own hype.

Maybe we will finish below you but to say we are some way adrift at the bottom is pretty disrespectful.

I'm not being disrespectful, someone's got to be at the bottom.. it's just my opinion, we have had a hard start with injuries, and playing decent teams away with 13 men travelling, also the fact we have a new coach... But i honestly think that at full strength (which we are near now) we are as good as I have stated us on my list.. Like The Vet says lots of things can change as the 2nd half of the season approaches!
Where would you rank teams?

Its hard to say without seeing every play but Hindpool or Ulverston would be the bottom 2 not sure there would be anything between the 2 teams certainly not as much as you seem to think anyway.
As it stand at the moment I would go for
Millom
Barrow Island
Roose
Walney
Dalton
Askam
Hindpool
Ulverston
but i dont think there is a massive difference between any of the sides except probably Millom.

even truer after todays result in cumbria cup barrow island 1st team 28 millom A 16 ...6-6 at half time we had 14 lads which was reduced to 13 on 60 mins after we lost our number 9 so a really good effort from our lads we a 45 year old on one wing a 16 year old on the other wing one of our centres hadnt played or trained for 2 years and the other centre was on the ###### till half 3 in the morning cant see barrow island going any further in this comp no disrespect to them they were the team with all the pressure on them we had nothing to lose i would say we were deffo the happiest team on the day apperently they had barla players and county lads playing today so in our eyes its as good as a win !!!!!

Great result for Millom. I was told this morning that Millom had forfeited cos they couldnt raise a side. Really not happy now cos I got dragged shopping rather than going to watch this game.

we very nearly had to were still phoning round for players as we set off prob one of the best games iv played in for team effort and spirt and considering the average age was at least 32 plus was very good result for us !!!
