Great interview with ' King Kenny' in tonights N&S looking back on his days at the Town. You could tell that he loved it here and was full of praise for his team mates and the fans. IMO he was one of the most dynamic and powerful players I've ever seen in a Town shirt, you felt a buzz of anticipation every time he had the ball. The broken leg at Salford was a disaster for him and Town, it also spoiled a fantastic day out (from what I can remember after 10 pints in the Wheast)

Wasn't he touted as a future Aussie international during his stint with you? He just seemed to drift around from club to club in the end, which seems like his potential went unfulfilled.

Yes enjoyed reading that, some great memories, that draw down at Salford was
fantastic, massive crowd at home, but they were too strong. Kerr was an
immense player, so good to watch.

Never really recovered from the broken leg he got in my opinion, just didnt have that pace anymore. Was such a good player in his heyday though, pace, power good passer, had the lot.
