FRENCH ON TOUR
BBC TV and radio Broadcaster of note and esteemed journalist Ray French begins his book tour this weekend, with the former dual code international in high demand across the North West.
He will be signing copies of his new book ‘Ray French.....and Rugby’ in the two towns he played for - St Helens and Widnes – as well as rugby strongholds Wigan and Barrow.
Focussing on his experiences of and current issues affecting both rugby league and union from 60 years immersed in both, the Liverpool Daily Post called it, ‘a fascinating tale and a definitive book, one which any sports fan would appreciate.’
Ray will be signing copies at:
Saturday, 20th November - WH Smith, Widnes - from 10am
Saturday, 27th November - WH Smith St Helens - from 10.00am; Waterstones Wigan - from 1.30pm.
Saturday 4th December - Waterstones Barrow - from Midday
