A bit of mischief making has taken place so i will say this once and only once there is NO winding up petition against us and the only creditors we have are Hmrc me Andy and one other none of which have issued any such petition.It is also not the case that any creditor has issued a petition and been paid.I have said what the position is and nothing has changed so please get facts right before misinterpreting info which could damage the Club.
We have had a meeting with RFL today who had seen this posting and could have caused us embarrassment but luckily we had docs to prove the posting wrong as 2and2 still makes 4 not 5.The RFL have assured us that all Clubs are being treated the same so we will accept what they say. We had what ithink was a fruitful meeting and we now know what we need to do to register our players and move forward we have just been rushed into doing something we were in the process of doing anyway.We have set our own target date of 3rd december to try to resolve matters and are just asking for people to invest in their Club by buying shares in the same way that we have invested time and Money in our Club and it will help us to clear our debt and take a big step forward in 2011. You will see over coming weeks continuous positive news which will show how we are progressing as a Club.It will be all positive so lets keep it that way as we have made big strides on and off the field in last year and we have never been as positive as we are for 2011.Was 31 shares to sell now 28 by the way!

thank you mr nicholas. thats good news that the rugby league bods at red hall read this forum......so.... mr wood what have you done to make our game better since you took over at the helm, after you had given yourself no credit at all at halifax..our great game is and always will be along the m62 corridor, over to you.

To clarify matters the order issued against the club on 2.11.10 was issued by the Registrar at Companies House under Section 1000 of the Companies Act as s/he had cause to believe that the company was not carrying on business or in operation. This was rescinded by the Registrar on 17.11.10 as cause had been shown as to why the Company should not be struck off the register.

So there was not in fact any winding up order ever in existence.

Further update on shares today when sold 4 more so now 24 shares available so please snap them up and lets move forward together.A massive thankyou to all those who have now become shareholders of OUR Club you will not regret it and i am sure you will come to think it was money well spent.We have today provided RFL with info and docs they requested from yesterday to prove our financial improvement and realistic forcast for next year including up to date accounts to 31/10/10.Our budget i think will be acceptable and we are owed money from last season due on 2/12 /10 which means we just need to sell these shares and i believe our problem will be behind us by the date we have set ourselves of 3/12/10 then LETS GO!!

By the way Widnes fans are saying maybe get your own house in order before commenting on the profitablity of other clubs.

Are they indeed , and they dont owe a penny to anyone , how do you know this , seein as your not a widnes fan , it will be interesting to see , what other teams apart from widnes , as you say they are debt free , owe less than batley , and if you open that up to super league bet there debts dwarf ours
