I've been watching the news on this subject for the last few weeks including seeing the stories mentioned in that blog link:

Maybe it was the video of the 3-year old getting molested, maybe it was the sexual assault victim having to cry her way through getting groped, maybe it was the father watching teenage TSA officers joke about his attractive daughter.

In the UK though, there are no such constitutional protections and you'd probably end up in a jail and marked as a "counter-terrorism" win for the statistics.

I really enjoyed that. It goes to show that some Americans are bright.

The best bit is that he came from Switzerland. The checks at Geneva airport are errrr let's say perfunctory, verging on the nonexistent, even though huge numbers of its passengers are going from/to the EU through an often unguarded road/rail border. So what's the point of the "security" we have to go through in EU airports?

Fantastic. You've got to admire the man's b@lls. Not sure I could put up such a sustained, but polite, fight against ridiculous authority.
