It was ment to be last week, but as every year a big let down. Why oh why can this not be arranged mid season so it's out in November???

I think it's all to do with how quick the RFL decide on whether or not they're happy with the kits. They look for colour clashes across all clubs, position/size of sponsors etc. I believe that Azzurri have a contractual timescale for delivery which cannot be broken without financial compensation to the club.

There are other clubs with kit already out steve, it's to do with when it was put to the RFL.

Well one of the main reasons is sponsors. You need to know who your sponsors are before you can put them on the kit.

Imagine this situation: Hi Des its Joe bloggs from Joe bloggs cloggs, we need another week to decide on that 6 figure sponsorship we talked about is that ok? Sorry Joe no can do we have promised Barrow Phantom off the forums that the kit will be out last week of November so we will have to pass up on that sponsorship mate, you could try worky or Whitehaven.

Surely sponsors should be in place??? If there out first week in December then fine but the last couple of years they have struggled to get them out in time for Christmas. There expensive for a family, but ideal to put in as presents!

Jon Livesey and Keith Holt have been working tirelessy (for at least 4 months that I know of) to get the sponsors in place and RFL approval for the shirts (not as straightforward as you might think). I understand they are due anytime now but perhaps John Spoor can clarify this.

i was in the club shop last friday picking up my season ticket asked about the new shirt and john spoor said they will be here for the 7th dec so plenty of time to get one before xmas

Any chance of seeing the new design? Or are we going to reveal the new kit once it arrives?

7th of December is fine, but a month ago we were told the middle of November. If they don't know for sure why even give a time scale till you do.
