Every coach company has a cancellation fee, that seems a bit steep, ours is £80 n it's happened a few times. Maybe find another coach company....

St. Annes use the same company as Eccles. They charge 50% of the original fare if you cancel on the day of the game. They claim they still have to pay the driver and they could have lost other jobs because they reserved a bus for us!

Previous company we used to use charged £50 cancellation fee, which seemed fair enough. 50% is a bit much, and we should join together Barbara to get them to change it. The company is quite good though in that it doesn't chase you for payment when times are a bit "thin".

With the amount of business you put their way that seems very steep! After all they are sill going to get the trip when the match is reschedueled.

Totally agree Samsung, very reliable company but cancellation fee unreasonable. Will certainly be on the phone first thing Monday.
