Although this is the NRC and we have a nice league fixture in sunny August tongue.gif

Dogs and Hawks are the two Sky games, latter away so not too bad. Mid May to Mid June looks a tricky run of fixtures but we have to play everyone twice dont we

Cant wait for the start now, lets hope we have some decent weather in Jan\Feb and none get postponed including the pre season friendlies

I thought that Toulouse were exempt from this competition, they have been for the last 2 years? Oh well ###### start to the season fixture wise, only thing we'll get from that one is a win! wink.gif

Bizarrely, Toulouse are in it this year but South Wales aren't. Two trips to Toulouse will hammer your pockets, I'm sure, but at least they're spread out a bit (we had two games in France in three weeks last year with the Challenge Cup draw!)

I wonder if the club will be thinking of moving the Sheffield home game to a Friday to increase the preparation time for the Batley game?

I can't see many Rams fans, if any, going to the February game, so we can all save up for August.

(BMI Baby fly from Manchester on the 5th and return on the 7th if anyone is making early plans.)

Would have thought you'll be paying top whack for the August flights as well? We've got lucky in that our game is at the end of June so a mere fortnight before the flights go up massively in cost.

Been on BMI site and its looking something like £120 for a return flight. Not too bad if you dont need to take the whole family.
June defo cheaper though. Coming in at around £60 for the return flight.

Two questions for Daniel:

1. Does this mean that we don't have a scheduled home game on Sky?

2. Last year you produced an A4 fixture sheet that we could download - do you plan to do the same this year?

York have to go to Toulouse and play on the evening of Easter Monday. No direct flights back to Manchester until Friday. Bit unfair on everyone concerned really considering we have to play Good Friday afternoon as well.
