Indeed, since Oxford powered off their cameras, not one single driver has made it to their destination alive. It's just that the Tory government want to keep it secret because they're evil and everything.

My original purpose in posting this was to recognise the work of a great pioneer in an industry that has keep me broadly solvent since I started in it 1962. I picked that quote because , well, it seemed prophetic.
However, what evidence is there that the five thousands or more fixed speed cameras have in any way reduced accidents, deaths or injuries?
