As many of you know we have built a new shop on the ground so that we can sell a wide range of souvenirs, etc on match days.
To stock the shop I have ordered a reasonable range of stuff which I hope to widen as the season progresses and the merchandise begins to sell.
In the meantime, the Club Shop in Scott Street will be selling all these items and once the season starts it will be available both at Scott Street and at the ground on match days.
I have already taken delivery of scarves in three different designs, including for the first time ever a small number in red for use at away matches. The Scarves will sell at £7.50 each.
In the next couple of weeks the supplier has promised delivery of the following, all of which bear the club's flaming ball logo of course:
Bottle Opener Key Rings. (These will sell at £3 each).
Car Stickers. (These will sell at £1 each).
Pint and Half Pint Glasses (in a presentation box). (These will sell at £10 each).
Drinking Mugs. (These will sell at £5 each).
Mousemats. (These will sell at £4 each).
Gymbags. (These will sell at £4 each).
Umbrellas. (These will sell at £12 each).
Mini Pennants to hang in the car (Please note that I have been informed that there may be a problem with getting the logo onto these so they may not yet arrive - fingers crossed though). (These will sell at £5 each).
I have also ordered some other stuff but cannot remember what LOL.
All the above have been ordered in fairly small quantities to test the water so if you want any for xmas best get in early. The items that sell well will be re-ordered after xmas - it really is trial and error for now as to what the fans actually want.

Car stickers and bottle opener key rings now also received. These will also be available from Monday in the shop - ideal stocking fillers for the young and not so young at xmas.

Jon Livesey is taking all the stuff i have so far down to the Rugby Shop today so it will be available this morning from 10am.
Scarves (blue and white - two designs).
Scarves (red and white).
Car stickers.
Mouse mats.
Bottle opener key rings.
Gym bags.
I'd appeciate any feedback on these items. There will be more stuff coming in next week (glasses and mugs) but I have to go to Blackpool to pick these up as they are fragile and I don't want to risk them being damaged in transit.

These would be far too expensive to produce in small quantities unfortunately and without the guarantee of selling them it would be too big a risk. Good idea though Bpb.

The leisureware is the club's domain - the stuff I sell is on behalf of the development fund. I am sure John S will have the hoodies ordered from the kit supplier.

You've been done!! Serves you right for sending your nana out shopping for you in this weather
Seriously, the new mugs, umbrellas, mini pennants, beer glasses will be available at the Shop late Thursday/Friday this week. I am sure John S will happily exchange the mug you have for one of the new ones. The weather has delayed stuff coming in but there i still a fair bit available.
If the match goes ahead on Boxing Day I will open the new shop at the ground and have everythig available that day.

Was informed that the only hoodies that will be stocked are the one's with the zipper down the front, would have liked the other style myself.

Leisurewear and replica kits are separate from the merchandise that I am procuring for the shop at the ground.
If you wish to discuss leisurewear can I suggest that you contact John Spoor at the club shop and he will advise exactly what he is getting in. I'd answer myself but I am not certain what has been ordered. Rest assured if there is sufficient interest then it will be stocked.
