Gowthorpe, the crossroads Doncaster/Leeds junction, near Pocklington carpets, but I can meet you anywhere in Selby, maybe near the toll bridge, thanks very much.

John.

Hi, John,
I think the easiest place for us to meet is outside the public loos/old cafe near the bus and train station, if you know it.
Will post time etc. nearer the date.

It may be too late for this particular game, should it be played on the scheduled date, but if JD has any remnants from his Testimonial I would think the items, like his shirt,(perhaps without the Wakefield badge) would sell quite well, even to Castleford fans who hold him in high regard, particularly if the shirts were signed by Dave Woods.
The proceeds could be split,as I don't want anyone to lose out,
As JD shared some testimonial events with the Leeds hooker Matt Diskin and Jamie Peacock it is also possible Leeds followers will assist in benefitting St.Leonards Hospice.

I don't think youngsters, and they'll be the ones with the Christmas spending money, will respond as well to a bucket collection as they will to purchasing something with the name of Demetriou on.
