Purely as something to talk about:
Wayne McHugh sacked/resigned/released by Hunslet.
If, like last year, we don't have the Huddersfield guys for the first chunk of the season, would he be worth a punt on to give us a bit of depth in the 3/4s?

Championship side Sheffield Eagles have signed Huddersfield Giants duo Kyle Wood and Jamie Cording on dual-registration loan deals.

Note to Kyle, the grass isnt always greener it would seem.

Just look at his track record. Would you really want someone with such a history at your club?

Not at all, and more importantly I don't think Karl Harrison would either.
But he is a good player, and it is awfully dull on here at the moment.

This board is a hive of activity compared with some, including the Rams board. The Hunslet mob seem to be quite excited at the moment, obviously looking forward to the challenge of a higher division. They will begin to come down to earth around march time, no doubt.
Time for someone to post a Christmas quiz I reckon.

McHugh actually puts in some effort, can tackle, run quickly and score ties.
I'd rather play with 12 men than have D*l* Car***a.

When he was at the Rams
Great at running from a taxi after a night out with the lads, pity he was the last one to drop off, taxi driver called at warren`s house needless to say wasn`t very popular at training that week
When I want your opinion, I will remove the gaffer tape
