I must have missed something along the way Tom as I haven't heard or read anything about any changes or restructuring. If you would care to enlighten me I would willingly pass on my views on the subject.

Thanks for the reply Tom but when I got on to the R.F.L. News site I clicked on to the link for the questionaire and it came up as unavailable. I understand "David" had the same problem.
