Nowt to do with the Knights really but rumours are he's going to be off to Wakefield Wildcats. Good move for the lad if true, I'd be very pleased for him after all the injury ###### he's had to put up with the last few years. Shame he couldn't have had a decent full season at the Knights.

I'd be over moon for Danny, great kid and great player with massive ability and loads of skills that deserve to be shown off at the highest level. Just sad that he's had so many knocks and niggles that have set him back from making SL before now.

Due to Danny moving into his own pad i only spoke to him last night but he assured me he wasn't going to go full time as his job as a prison officer was too important to lose and a long term stable job far out wade going to a club who could be in the CC sooner than they think.
Hunslet have given him a good contract so for this season at least he will be a Hawks player.I was very surprised to see how his conditioning was going his upper body seemed a lot bigger than last year but i know hes been in the gym most days and sprinting indoors so hopefully his nightmare injuries will be a thing of the past.
I hope both clubs do well Hunslet because of Danny and the Knights for all my friends who post on here so may i just wish you all seasonal greeting from Sue and myself.

cheers Andy all the best to you and the family.Danny keeps sneaking into the fridge when he comes over , but honestly he is focused and putting the work in looking for another good season personally and to cement his position in the championship league.Things seam to be buzzing over at the knights you lot come into some money or what whatever,s said in jest JD has got to be a good addition to the club with his experience alone and one thing for sure being the guy he is he will not want to let himself down let alone the knights he,s a true professional
