Is it true that the current coach has been removed from the Lionhearts set up? A mate of mine overheard a conversation between some guy who is apparently the manager and a player at his club, saying he'd convinced the RL to get rid of the current coach.
My boyfriend played for the Lionhearts last year and said it was the best experience he'd had in his life, but wont go back if the coach isnt there. We've been telling him he should go back as he wants to see if he could find a pro club, but he's adamant he wont go back if the manager is there and the coach isnt.
Can anyone tell me if this is true, and why???

As many of the players or supporters dont know this but the whole Lionheart experience of 2010 was made possible by the manager. He planned everything to perfection and even paying towards expenses from his own money. Since when does players decide they will only represent there country rep side on there conditions? I believe that they have to earn the right to pull that jersey over there heads.

The forum isn't meant for speculation based on third-party overheard "rumours", especially on a subject so close to the community game's heart. Such speculation has been extremely damaging to the game in the past and we're not going to allow it here. If you have proof, such as a first-hand account from a NAMED credible source or a media link, then please feel free to restart the thread.
