Whys that?
I think with gilly being one of the top backroom lads at Seaton will be "in the know". It is more likely to be Carl Rudd and I would be quite happy with that.
Mind you I hope one day we have both Callum and Brett Phillips at Town.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

Its based on the fact that he has some tours coming up, that he has played all his recent rugby as a scrum half and a hooker and I dont think a young lad even one with Callums potential would be given the number 6 squad number.
Him and Brett are outstanding rugby players and I know that Town have spoken to them so who knows what might happen in the future

Cheers mate, I presumed it was BARAL tours. Do you think both lads are good enough to go semi pro, or higher?

Just my oppinion both are good enough to play Semi Pro Callum is still improving and maybe needs a settled position to play in, Whilst Brett in my view could get into any team outside of super league now and the only thing stopping him going further is the games obession with deciding that a player must make a certain level by a certain age
