Seeing as they brag so much about their multi tasking abilities, I'm sure they could make a good go of it.

Mind you, I can see some bad injuries coming from accidental impacts with irons though.

No innuendos intended Dave. I can't help it if your mind is always in the gutter. I was alluding to their rugby league prowess not their sexual abilities.

Whatever they want! I had the old sexist attitude to women playing football (round ball) until I was playing for Torquay United 5th team* at Shrewsbury Town. On the next pitch to us Shrews ladies were playing Wolves and in all fairness they were miles better than us.

Imagine if in 1895 they had internet forums.............rugby league would not exist!

Considering that a large percentage of crowds attending Rl games are of the female sex, then why would it be a surprise they want to give the game a go.

If it tempts them away from playing Hockey, it would reduce the global levels of senseless and vicious brutality.

"Perhaps it would be better that future criticism of sports be made on the narrow basis of what is being discussed, without reference to other sports, unless those sports offer a solution to the problem in hand." - Brian 'Pigface' Moore

"What happens in rugby union? A player takes the ball, moves forward a little and gets tackled. A whole load of players then roll about on the ground. Pheep! The referee gives a penalty." - Simon Barnes
