On browsing other clubs' forums there is considerable interest in the possibilities offered by the dual-registration players who are coming their way. Despite my continued personal reservations regarding this scheme it does seem to increase levels of interest amongst the fans. So. with apologies for my failure to keep up, can anyone tell me who our dual-reg players are this season?

Still not sure about this dual reg been good for the championship. At Fev last year we had one from Leeds and he couldnt get in the team. Surely clubs like ours should be promoting there own players from U21 etc and giving them a chance. DP said he would not be getting any for this year does anyone know what WJ thinks about this or whether he will be using them this season.

Not necessarily dual-reg but the way things are going it looks as if a few wakefield players may be going begging before too long.

You could be right, BSJ. It looks like they have to raise £500'000 quicksharp. What I don't understand about their situation is that they've had the benefits of SL for over ten years now, the maximum SKY money that comes with it, and reasonably large crowds during that period. During the last decade they don't appear to have put any money into ground improvements, and in comparison with other clubs they don't seem to have really splashed out on big name players since flirting with liquidation back in 2000. So where's all the money gone?? Some questions certainly need to be asked at that club.
What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?
