Is this going to be played as per league match rules - 17 per side with 12 interchanges or different rules?

If it is 17 per side will be interesting to see who KH selects as his first team. Obviously Robinson and Buttery are out but don't think any of the others have let themselves down in the two matches played so far. In fact, would go as far as saying that one or two have been a bit of a surprise with the effort they have put in, maybe it is because they know if they don't they won't be picking up any dosh.

I would put Mark Toohey in that category Fred, he has worked very hard in both games and has a hunger not seen for a few years.

Roy Powell Trophy against you lot?

No. I just thought that was pre-season - maybe I'm simply being pedantic.

Who is presenting the trophy - Richard Lewis? Mayor of Kirklees?

Is there a special presentation programme?

Perhaps you are right. Should we win we should maybe see it as the third trophy before the new season!!

Its a very hard decision and it must be a very pleasant headache for Karl as I cannot really think of one weak link in the 2 friendlies thus far.

not much of a change to your line-up.unlucky on toohey because as said elsewhere on the forum he's played well in our first 2 games, and i dont think hesketh looks fit.wasnt it said he needed an operation or something?but think that may be our strongest side.when robinson is back after his injury KH has a real problem biggrin.gif

What about when the two dual reg lads arrive?!!! They both looked pretty handy to me on Sunday. Don't forgetting the return of Mr. Flanagan sometime in late March either! As you say, Harrison is going to have plenty of selection headaches in 2011.

What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?
