First of all well played the bulldogs with a win and a very promising display wich augers well for the new season. A well done from me for the assembling of a talented and youthful squad to Rhino and a big pat on the back to the hard working chairman and directors at the club for providing the means ( not forgetting BISSA. ). I feel that at the moment the club is on a real high. The crowd today was very respectable considering Hudds. sent over a team lacking first team players and we have probably gained with our success in the Northern rail upwards of 100-150 spectators. I for one will be backing us at the bookmakers for more glory as i said in the heading "exciting times ahead"

Exciting times indeed, The whole club feels a lot more posotive and professional, both on and off the field than it has for many years., if we stay relativley injury free and the gates improve steadily it could be a cracking season, hopefully the Rhinos at home in the cup to boost the coffers. Ive had a premonition that we will be beaten finalists in the NR Cup and the Grand Final. Wont be too dissapointed if it comes true! (Losing to Fev in the league and Sheffield in the Cup by the way).
