How much will it be for the Wakefield game too? Will we be keeping the gate money for both games,or do we have to help Wakefield out with a bit of money!

What are you're media facilities like as I'll be commentating on the game for both of the Dewsbury and Bradford Visually Impaired supporters.

A view point from around the halfway line and possibly something to rest my notes on.

If anyone Dewsbury supporters would like to use this service then please get in touch with me via PM.

I do understand that the Dewsbury club will be looking at the equipment at the game.

There's a press bench where the yellow box is on this picture, that would be ok for you. I presume your equipment is battery powered?

That looks ideal mate and yes the equipment that we use would be fully charged before arriving at the ground.

Now come back at me if you like (and probably will) but I cannot see the reasoning behind this belief about playing against a near full squad of full time Super League players. No disrespect but such a team should be putting 60 points past any Championship side, they are generally bigger, faster and stronger physically, so what is there to gain by the experience?

Surely it is better to play against a side of lesser players with 2 or 3 first teamers in it so that it is an even game and the Championship team has as much of the ball/equal amount of tackling as the opposition. That way both the coach and the players gain some benefit. Standing behind the posts whilst the 12th conversion is being taken does not do anyone any good IMO.

Agreed. it was embarassing last year watching them walk all over us.

That 24-24 all draw left a big marker down for what we should expect for the season ahead and it was right.

I think we'll see the following side

Royston
Finigan
Walker
Ah Van
Raynor
Briggs
Herbert
Lynch
L'Estrange
Scruton
Whitehead
Elima
Langley

With Diskin, Kopzcak, Sibbit, Platt, Sykes, Addy, Southernwood, Bateman, Hargreaves, McAvoy, Crookes and Burgess all on the bench.

Looking at the above there is certainly going to be competition for places across the board this year, which holds well for the season ahead.

Your right fredm,we would be getting scores of up to 60 points against a sqaud of 1st team players, last year in the cup against Bradford is a good example. But if the Bradford team on Sunday is a mixed of say 7 or 8 1st team players, then the rest good young lads knocking on the door of the 1st team, this would make more Rams and a lot more Bull fans wanting to come to the game, making more money for us.I can't see the point of playing against a Super League side with just 2 or 3 1st team players in the team, when it will be 14 pounds to sit down, just to watch academy players.

Just seen the Bradford team on their web site, good mixed of 1st team players like Patrick Ah Van,Platt,G.Rayner,N.Scruton,M.Diskin,O.Elima,E.Whitehead and good young players like K.Briggs,D.Addy and T.Burgess in the line up too.Everyone get down to the ground on Sunday and make some money for the Rams.
