Last year they ran 3 leagues:
An 8 team South league based mainly on Rostov-on-Don, a 6 team Moscow league and a 4 team St Petersburg league.
These I believe included the military and university sides making 18 total, they had some kind of juniors below.
A much lower standard but still going under new organisations
