Just watched the game again. How harsh was it to disallow Wandless's try?

Friendlies are to look at players and work on game plans etc. The Rams where much better yesterday and has coach you will be happy if your team are improving week on week.
Batley are in a position with only having a small squad ,that they have to play their strongest team in these friendlies. So if your happy to win all your friendlies and then lose most your games at the end of the season, good for you.

Goodness me that's quite a prediction.
Actually I am happier to do as you said rather than lose all our friendlies then lose most of our games at the end of the season!

Good game!
The deep kick in the second half by dewsbury into the Wildcats 10 metre - excellent!
The resultant deft chip into touch with the try line beckoning - Priceless!
