Squad announced for Sunday game against Whitehaven
Team (from): Heaton, Onyango, Fogarty, Williams, Bradbury, Gillam, N Roden, Diveney, Ashe, Ellison, Wood-Hulme, M Roden, Whitmore, Gilchrist, Sutton, Walker, Clarke, Isherwood, Noone, Bentley.
But again no mention of either Junior or Woodcock? Are they injured? Other committments? Would have been good to have seen them play some part in pre-season as both are contenders for a starting spot.
Where are Junior and Woodcock?

Junior was at the Rochdale game. Maybe TB knows enough about him and wants to look more at the other options.

Got to agree. It is up to the young lads to show what they can offer in order to force themselves into the team. There is also good competition for the back row and with Ben Wood showing up well so far the others have now got to do the same.
Lets see who shows what they can offer on Sunday.

Does match fitness count for nothing then?
It does in my book, think everyone should have a run out to get used to the pace and taking the knocks again.

Haven't they both missed a lot of pre season through work commitments ?
I agree with Beacs team for Sundays game.

News of the site about St Hilaire being behind the team in terms of training and should be back for the start of the league campaign. Still no signs of Woodcock though.
