Former Super League coach Peter Roe is to take over as Bramley Buffaloes' new team boss.

Roe has been chosen as successor to Mark Butterill, who quit the club after two years at the helm last autumn.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Well that's great news for the other teams in the league. I'm going with the same prediction as last year to win the Grand Final and that's the Wizards. 2 young coaches who win it last year in there first year of coaching a team and they will do it again this year, other coaches in the league have been spoken about but strangely not them. Personally I think Peter Roe is a strange choice for Bramley and can't see them winning it.

We're talking RLCN here not Super League. He has coached at a very high level in the past and will no doubt do a good job at community level.

Great appointment for the Buffs.

Peter is a top fellow and will bring with him a vast amount of experience.
Good to see him back into coaching.

How long he will stay will be questionable.
