Based upon paper talk, the Championship may have up to 14 teams next year, assuming certain criteria are met. Therefore, I find it highly unlikely that any team will be relegated at the end of the 2011 season, unless they fail to meet the qualifying criteria. One of these is 3,000 minimum crowd capacity, which we have. I would also assume reserve squad and development structures fully in place as well, which we also have.
Also, with Toulouse being still exempt and one team defo being moved up to Super League, relegation for 2 clubs in an 11 division model is too many. Two going up has not made sense for a while, cos at least one goes into administration once promoted and then straight back down again. Think how lucky Leigh have been!!
