Well,that soon came around again !
Same format, between four and six games a week to forecast.
All welcome, you dont have to be a Knights fan. We had a tidy flutter of Hawks fans last season and I will be featuring the Knights and Hawks game every week.
Right, if I remember correctly..
You get one point for the correct winning side, 3 more points if the score to that winning team is within 8 points of your forecast score. You get five points if you get one of the match scores correct.
If you get the match score spot on, you get 14 points in total.
So, if Sundays score is Barrow Raiders 20 York City Knights 24...
a forecast of Barrow 26 YCK 20 gets you nowt
Barrow 18 YCK 38 gets you one point
Barrow 16 YCK 27 gets you four points
Barrow 20 YCK 6 gets you five points
Barrow 0 YCK 24 gets you six points
Barrow 20 YCK 29 gets you nine points
Barrow 20 YCK 24 gets you the fourteen
Barrow 30 YCK 30 gets you nowt
Get the picture, no ? Well you will have to trust me then.
We do have Stewards Enquiry. If you think I've thrown a wobbler or had brain fade when doing the Sunday night/Monday nights sums, just tell me !!
Prize ? Don't know really. I've got a nice little trophy to hand over to Vodkaqueensdad who won last year. 2009's winner Andy Knight won 20 quid but chucked it back in ( Thanks Andy ) and that part paid for this year's trophy.
I'll have a talk to Willo, he owes me a favour and I'll chuck a quid or two in so that's settled then - it's a mystery prize.
