Very disappointing yesterday to lose in last couple of minutes after defending so well and keeping going for 80 minutes. Where does all this fatties and lack of fitness come in? I wish I was half as fit. the game was always going to be decided by the conditions or the referee who I thought was terrible. March had the ball kicked out of his hands in a tackle and he gave a knock on plus the touchjudge coming on for lifting and dumping a man on the floor when everybody could see he was dropped back onto his knees, remarkable. However, is there a vendetta against Hunslet as we had 6 men before the disciplinary last week and all were found NOT GUILTY. Next week we are at home to TOP of the table Workington Town, another hard game?
Next week........

It is far better to remain silent and be thought a fool
than to open your mouth and prove that you are.

they gave us our hardest game of the season last year and have a great full back in brett carter and darren holt,s kicking game if he plays will always trouble us.With Marc Jackson and Graham Mattinson in their pack to go alongside MacDonald, Whitehead and Jarrod Stack it could be rather tasty....

we had a really impressive game against gateshead on sunday it was a great confidence boost for the team. The game should be great because both sides are really competitive. I am looking forward to it see you there

I predict more tinkering with the team line-up, we're out of this cup now barring mathematical miracles so we've got three more games - Workington and Sheffield plus the Challenge Cup match - to get it right before the League season starts.
The defence and the discipline was much better on Sunday, still need to sharpen up on attack ...
